Trash

If you're about to get busy cooking in the kitchen, set up your work space for easy cleanup. Take a plastic bag and keep it on the counter or in the sink or place your garbage can close by. Shuffle all trash directly in there as it comes to life. For example, if you're prepping a soup (mmm...soup...), put all of the unwanted vegetable parts directly into the trash bag. This way your counter will stay clear and you'll save trips to and fro the garbage can. You can tack on those minutes saved to the looking-in-the-mirror-the-whole-time dance party that you have planned while the food is cooking or baking. GO.
